This questionnaire will help us understand what you want and look for in an Australian Shepherd and if this breed is suited to your lifestyle. We ask these questions in an effort to provide our dogs with a loving, responsible, and permanent home. Please read our Puppy Policy page before you complete this questionnaire to make sure that a Pink Ribbon puppy is a good fit for you. All puppies sold as pets and not as breeding or show stock must be spayed or neutered.
